The tide is out –
The water’s low –
Boats stranded there –
No place to go
The daily tides will in their way –
Soon reverse direction –
And fill the bay –
Bringing on a resurrection –
The tide is out –
Exposing sands –
But the turning point brings opportunity –
Opening links to countless lands

Fantastic. You are the first person to post a poem along with your photo! I love it! Such a great take on the prompt. Where is this photo taken, Padre?

It was taken at Wells-next-the-Sea in the north of Norfolk, England.

Ah, this is a different sort of place to Wells in Somerset.

Wow that was a timely explanation of my life this week. The picture it creates is so like life. The tide changes everything; dragging away some things cluttering up the beach while at the same time depositing beautiful remnants of what once and can be collected and enjoyed. Nice work. .
