And a thumbprint that got in the way.

 

The art was adorable –

Artorable, you might say –

Mere splashes of paint,

Squiggled uneven lines,

The picture of Mommy she made at nursery today.

  1. Our fridge is covered with drawings from our 9 grandchildren. It’s like a patchwork quilt. On Sundays, during family time, the pictures are replaced.
